I found David when I was critically ill. I was afraid my home would be foreclosed. I had no knowledge of real estate and was too sick to learn at the time. David came in and starting helping me through all of my options. Turns out, I was not nearly as backed into a corner as I first  thought. My home is not in foreclosure. I'm in my trial period of a loan modification and leasing to sell my home to a wonderful couple. My lender (who I will graciously leave nameless) was so difficult to work with that I had just given up. But then there is David who had previously worked for this company and was able to cut straight through the red tape. I cannot tell you how much his hard work has meant to me.
